老年人结直肠癌319例临床分析

目的探讨老年人结直肠癌的临床特点。方法回顾性分析本院自2000年6月～2005年6月收治的319例65岁以上结直肠患者的临床资料。结果老年结直肠癌病人并存病达72.7%,手术并发症发生率和死亡率分别为31.9%和3.6%。术前并存病的有无和多少、年龄以及是否急诊手术与术后并发症和死亡率有关(P<0.05)。结论重视老年病人的早期症状、早期诊断以及积极治疗并存病是降低手术并发症和死亡率的关键。

Clinical Analysis on 319 Cases of Colorectal Carcinoma in the Elderly

Objective To investigate the clinical features of colorectal carcinoma in the elderly.Methods The clinical data of 319 cases(over 65 years old)admitted from Jun.2000 to Jun.2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 72.7% of the patients had preoperative comorbidities.Postoperative complication rate and mortality were 31.9% and 3.6% respectively.Preoperative comorbidities, age and emergency operation related to postoperative complications and mortality(P<0.05).Conclusion More attention to the elderly, early diagnosis and active treatment of comorbidities are essential to lower postoperative complications rate and mortality.
