| 摘 要： | 目的：评价局部转移皮瓣修复小腿骨折后软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法：30例小腿骨折伴软组织缺损或术后皮肤软组织坏死、缺损患者,根据创面设计相应小腿局部转移皮瓣,并对创面进行修复。结果：30例全部得到随访,28例皮瓣全部成活,2例皮瓣部分成活。临床疗效：优22例,良4例,可2例,差2例。结论：局部转移皮瓣修复小腿局部软组织缺损创面效果明显,并发症少,且对供区的功能影响小,是小腿骨折术后软组织缺损修复的理想皮瓣。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of local gyral flap for raw surface of post-traumatic leg soft tissue defect combined with fracture.Methods:30 cases were treated.Among 30 cases,several cases were operated for fracture.Local gyral flap were used to repair the defect which were designed depending on raw surface.Results:All 30 flaps remained viable,28 laps survive and 2 flaps survive partly.Clinical curative effect:excellent 22,good 4,general 2,worse 2.Conclusion:Local gyral flap is an ideal flap for... |
