健择治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床效果评价

目的:观察健择单药治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及毒副反应.方法:28例65岁以上晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用健择800~1 250 mg/m2+5/%葡萄糖250 mL稀释,静注第1、8、15 d,28 d为1周期,一般为3~6周期.按WHO标准评估疗效和副作用.结果:PR10例、SD8例、PD10例.总有效率35.7%,临床受益率64.3%.TTP5.3个月,中位生存期8.5个月.生活质量提高,KPS评分平均提高12分.结论:健择在治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者中,毒副反应可耐受,临床应用安全,可作为老年非小细胞肺癌的治疗方案选择之一.

Evaluation of the Clinical Effect of Gemzar in Therapy for Elderly Patients with Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective：To observe the curative effect and toxic or side effect of Gemzar as a single drug for treating the elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods：Gemzar（800~1 250 mg/m2） diluted with 5% glucose solution（250 mL） was given to 28 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer aged over 65 years by intravenous injection on day 1,day 8,and day 15.Each period of treatment was 28 d,and the treatment was carried out for 3~6 periods.The curative effect and side effect were evaluated according to WHO standards.Results：Among the treated patients,there were 10 cases with partial remission（PR）,8 cases with stable disease（SD）,and 10 cases with progressive disease（PD）,with an overall effective rate of 35.7%,a clinical benefit response rate of 64.3%,a time to tumor progression（TTP） of 5.3 months,and a median survival time of 8.5 months.The patients had the quality of life improved,with the Karnofsky performance status（KPS） score increased by 12 points on average.Conclusions：Gemzar has tolerable toxic or side effect in therapy for the elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and is safe in clinical application.Gemzar can be used as one of the medications for the elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
