摘    要:
目的观察N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)治疗COPD的临床疗效。方法选择COPD患者80例分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均接受常规治疗,治疗组加用NAC辅助治疗,分别测定两组患者hs-CRP浓度及PaO2、PaCO2水平和肺功能水平在治疗前后的情况。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,总有效率94.00%,对照组为76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组肺功能改善较明显。结论 NAC能明显降低患者hs-CRP浓度,改善PaO2、PaCO2和肺功能水平,值得临床推广。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the curative effect of N-acetyleysteine (NAC) in the treatment of patients with chronic obstruc- tive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 80 patients with COPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups were treated with the conventional therapy, and the treatment group was added with NAC adjuvant therapy. The pul- monary functions and the levels of hs-CRP, PaO2 and PaCO2 were measured before and after the treatment between the two groups. Re- suits The curative effect was obviously better in the treatment group than in the control group. The total efficiency was 94.0% and 76. 67% respectively in the treatment group and in the control group with statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05). The improvement of pulmo- nary functions was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion NAC can significantly decrease the concentration of hs-CRP, and improve the pulmonary functions and the levels of PaO2 , and PaCO2 in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which is worthy of widely clinical application.
