| 摘 要： | 目的检测CD32和CD64在肺结核患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中的表达,探讨其在结核病发病中的作用及诊断价值。方法应用Illumina Solexa高通量测序技术和荧光定量PCR检测健康者(HD),结核潜伏感染者(LTBI)和肺结核患者(TB)PBMC中CD32和CD64的表达情况。结果肺结核患者PBMC CD32和CD64表达明显高于健康人和结核潜伏感染者。结论肺结核患者PBMC高表达CD32和CD64,CD32和CD64可能在抗结核免疫中起到重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the expression of CD32 and CD64 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with pulmo- nary tuberculosis, and evaluate the value in tuberculosis diagnosis. Methods Using the Illumina Solexa high-throughput sequencing tech- nology and RT-PCR to detect expression of CD32 and CD64 in PBMC of patients with tuberculosis （TB）, latent tuberculosis infection （LTBI） and healthy individuals （HD）. Results The expression of CD64 in TB was the highest, as the same as CD32. Conclusion CD32 and CD64 were high expression in TB, which may play an important role in the anti-TB immunity. |
