沙美特罗替卡松治疗支气管哮喘缓解期疗效分析

目的观察沙美特罗替卡松治疗支气管哮喘缓解期的效果。方法将80例支气管哮喘缓解期患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例,对照组采用氨茶碱缓释片治疗,治疗组采用沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组较对照组急性发作及住院次数减少,肺功能改善,运动能力及生活质量改善。结论使用沙美特罗替卡松吸入剂对支气管哮喘缓解期患者进行治疗具有积极的意义。

Analysis of curative effect of salmeterol fluticasone in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma at remission stage

Objective To observe the curative effect of salmeterol fluticasone in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma at remission stage. Methods 80 patients with bronchial asthma at remission stage were randomly and evenly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with aminophylline retard tablets, and the treatment group was treated with inhalation of salmeterol fluticasone. Then the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The improvement of times of acute attack and hospitalization, pulmonary function, exercise capacity and quality of life was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclu- sion Salmeterol flutieasone has a positive significance in the treatment of patients with bronchial asthma at remission stage.
