抗精神病药物联合无抽搐电休克治疗难治性精神分裂症对照研究

目的探讨抗精神病药物联合无抽搐电休克治疗难治性精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法将90例难治性精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，研究组50例，对照组40例，两组均常规应用抗精神病药物治疗，研究组在此基础上联合无抽搐电休克治疗，观察12周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表评定临床疗效。结果研究组治疗各时段阳性与阴性症状量表评分均显著低于对照组（P〈O．05）；治疗12周末，研究组显效率52．0％、总有效率88．0％，对照组分别为27．5％、72．5％，研究组显效率、总有效率均显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论抗精神病药物联合无抽搐电休克治疗难治性精神分裂症疗效显著，起效快，显著优于单用抗精神病药物。

A control study of antipsychotic combined with MECT in treatmentresistant schizophrenia

Objective To explore the curative effect of antipsychotic combined with modified electric convulsive therapy （MECT） in treatmen〉resistant schizophrenia （TRS）. Methods Ninety TRS patients were randomly di- vided into research （n= 50） and control group （n= 40）, both groups treated with routine antipsychotic, on this basis research group was plus MECT for 12 weeks. Efficacies were assessed with the Positive and Negative Syn- drome Scale （PANSS）. Results The PANSS scores of all periods were significantly lower in research than control group （P〈0. 05）; at the end of the 12＇h week, obvious and total effective rate were respectively 52.0% and 88.0% in research and 27.5% and 72.5% in control group, the former were significantly higher than the latter （P〈0.05）. C.onehtsion Antipsychotic combined with MECT is more effective and takes effect more rapidly com- pared with single antipsychotics in treatment-resistant schizophrenia.
