滕州市农村老年人生活满意度影响因素的分析

目的探讨滕州市农村老年人生活满意度影响因素,为制定干预对策与措施提供依据。方法 2012年4-6月通过分层整群抽样对4处乡镇8个自然村的802名60岁及以上老年人进行社会人口学特征等17种变量调查与影响生活满意度有关因素的多因素分析。结果多因素Logistic回归分析显示,有孤独感、有病不能及时医治、健康自评差、家庭关系不和睦、婚姻状况差、经济状况差、有慢性病7种因素,是影响老年人幸福满意度的危险因素（P〈0.01）,OR值分别为60.95（OR95%CI：41.18-90.20）、8.67（OR95%CI：6.72-11.19）、3.52（OR95%CI：2.58-3.84）、2.48（OR95%CI：1.61-3.82）、2.36（OR95%CI：1.60-3.50）、1.99（OR95%CI：1.52-2.62）、1.67（OR95%CI：1.14-2.42）;文化程度低和无经济来源OR值分别为1.49（OR95%CI：0.93-2.39）和1.43（OR95%CI：0.99-2.08）,两者虽进入主效应模型,但由于OR95%CI都包括1,即两者对生活满意度有影响趋势,但尚不明显。结论营造适合老年人生活的社会和家庭环境,确保物质生活和医疗保健的基本需求,是提高老年人生活满意度的重要措施。

Analysis on the Life Satisfaction and Its Influencing Factors Among the Rural Eiderly,Tengzhou City

Objective To explore the life satisfaction and its influencing factors among the rural elderly in Tengzhou city, so as to provide the basis for the intervention measures. Methods During April-June, 2012, with stratified cluster sampiing,802 people aged 60 or older from 8 natural villages in 4 towns were investigated on 17 kinds of variables including socio demographic characteristics, and multivariate analysis was carried out on the influencing factors of life satisfaction. Results The multivariate logistic regression showed that loneliness, untimely treatment of disease, poor self-rated health, inharmonious family relations, poor marital status, poor economic conditions, and chronic diseases were the risk factors for happy satisfaction among the elderly （P 〈 0.01） . OR values were 60.95 （OR 95% CI ： 41.18-90.20）, 8.67 （0R95% CI ：6.72-11.19）,3.52 （OR95% CI ：2.58-3.84）,2.48 （OR95%CI ：1.61-3.82 ）,2.36 （OR 95% CI ： 1.60-3.50）, 1.99 （ OR 95 % CI ： 1.52-2.62）, 1.67 （ OR 95 % CI ： 1.14-2.42）, and low education level and no economic income OR values were 1.49 （ OR 95% CI ：0.93-2.39） and 1.43 （ OR 95% CI ：0.99-2.08）. Although they entered the main effect model, since the OR 95 % CI included 1, both influenced life satisfaction, but it was not obvious. Conclusion To build social and family environment suitable for the elderly to live, and ensure the basic needs for material life and health care are important measures for improving the life satisfaction among the elderly.
