| 摘 要： | 重症监护病房(ICU)是危重病医学学科的临床基地,其建设水平直接反映医院的综合救治水平,对医院整体实力的提高起到巨大的促进作用.文章就ICU的组织模式、床位设置、人员管理、设备配置、病房建设以及亟待解决的问题进行探讨,以探索最可行的综合性医院ICU组织管理模式. |

| Abstract: | The intensive care unit(ICU) is a clinical base of critical medical science.Its development reflects a hospital's comprehensive ability of treatment and helps a lot to raise the hospital's position of strength.Based on our experience,this paper discusses the organization mode,bed constitution,personnel management,equipment allocation,ward construction and existing problems of ICU to search for a best mode of ICU management in the general hospital. |
