硝酸根紫外吸收特性及其紫外波长切换光度分析法的研究

摘    要:
研究了硝酸根紫外光吸收特性。结果发现,在不同的波长处,硝酸根具有不同的检测范围。因而,提出了硝酸根含量波长切换的紫外光度测定新方法。这就是,不仅可以用常规的最大吸收波长测定低浓度的硝酸根含量,而且还可以切换到其他波长以测定高浓度的硝酸根含量。由于避免了连续稀释定容的操作,从而简化了测定手续、加快了测定速度、提高了测定精度。

Abstract:
The nitrate UV-absorption characters are studied in this paper. It is found that there are different linear ranges of nitrate determination at their correspondently wavelengths. Therefore a new UV-spectrophometric detemination of wavelengthen-shift method is proposed. That is , not only the nitrates can be determined at the maximum absorption wavelengthens as in the usual way for the determination of low nitrate concentrations, but also the nitrates can be determined at other suitable aborption wavelengthens by shift method for the determination of high nitrate concentrations for the sakes of less process, higher rapidity and better reproducibility in case of solution being not necessity of successive dilution and translation before determination.
