| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抑癌基因p27在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其意义.方法应用免疫组织化学方法（SP法）检测p27基因在20例正常子宫内膜及65例子宫内膜癌组织中的表达.结果 p27基因在正常子宫内膜组织中全部为阳性表达,65例子宫内膜癌组织中,33例表达阳性;病理分级为G1、G2、G3级的子宫内膜癌组织中p27基因表达阳性率分别为82%、57%、19%,两两比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01或0.05）;临床分期Ⅰ期的子宫内膜癌组织中p27基因表达阳性率为94%,Ⅱ期者为56%,Ⅲ期者为26%,两两比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;p27基因表达阳性率与子宫内膜癌的病理分级和临床分期及肌层浸润深度呈负相关（P＜0.05）.结论p27基因的异常表达与子宫内膜癌的生长、浸润及分化密切相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of p27 gene in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods By using streptavidin-biotin peroxidase(SP) method the expression of p27 gene were examined in 20 normal endometrial tissues and 65 endometrial carcinoma tissues.Results p27 was expressed in 33 of 65(51%) cases of endometrial carcinomas.In contrast,p27 was all expressed in normal endometrial tissues.The expression of p27 was related to the pathological grades,clinical stages and depth of myometrial invasions.Conclusion The level of p27 expression is closely related to the growth,invasion and differentiation of endometrial carcinoma. |
