| 摘 要： | 颈椎病是威胁人类健康的常见病和多发病，尤其在长期坐位颈部保持不动的人群中高发。脊髓型颈椎病因其不多见且危害严重更应引起临床重视，部分患者临床表现类似脑梗死，常首诊于神经内科，从而导致误诊、误治，影响预后。现将北京大学第一医院神经内科诊治的1例颈椎病误诊为脑梗死病例总结报告如下。 |

| Abstract: | SUMMARY Here we report a case of cervical spondylosis misdiagnosed as cerebral infarction .The pa-tient was a 55-year-old man with a one-day history of weakness in his right extremities .Brain magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI) showed no acute abnormality , cerevical MRI showed that cervical spondylisis , C4/5 , C5/6 disc herniation , spinal canal stenosis and compression of the spinal cord .Then the patient was transferred to the Department of Orthopaedics and underwent surgical treatment of cervical spondylo -sis.Followed-up for six months , the weakness of his right extremities returned to normal . |
