| 摘 要： | 目的：分析社会因素剖官产率增加的原因及处理对策。方法：回顾性分析我院2004年3月至2006年9月剖官产孕妇及剖官产儿的临床资料。结果：319例剖官产中社会因素剖官产53例，占16．62％。结论：合理把握剖官产指征，努力控制并降低社会因素剖官产率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the reason of increase about the rate of caesarean delivery due to social factors and look for countermeasures.Methods: The clinic datum of caesarean delivery pregnant women and babies in our hosptial from March 2004 to September 2006 were retrospective analysed.Results: There were 53 cases caesarean deliveries due to social factors in 319 cases caesarean deliveries,accounted for 16.62%.Conclusion: WE should hold applicability of caesarean delivery in reason,and try hard to control and reduce the rate of caesarean delivery due to social factors. |
