| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨术中应用纤维结肠镜进行病变定位在腹腔镜结直肠手术中的应用价值.方法:回顾分析2007年1月至2010年10月为23例患者于腹腔镜术中应用纤维结肠镜辅助定位的临床资料.结果:23例患者术中均定位成功,手术顺利,术后无严重并发症发生.结论:在病变定位困难的腹腔镜结直肠手术中,使用纤维结肠镜辅助定位是一种安全、有效... |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of applicantion of colonoscopy for lesion localization in laparoscopic colorectal surgery.Methods:From Jan.2007 to Oct.2010,23 patients with colonic diseases who couldn't be oriented with laparoscope were oriented with endoscopy in laparoscopy surgery.Results:Their diseases were oriented accurately and operated successful,no complications occurred.Conclusions:Colonoscopic orientation is safe and effective for the colonic diseases when they can not be oriented precisely in ... |
