循证护理对预防肾穿刺术后尿潴留发生的影响

目的观察循证护理模式对肾穿刺术后尿潴留的预防。方法选取110例肾穿刺术后患者，按护理方法的不同分为循证护理组（循证组）和常规护理组（常规组），每组55例。常规组采取常规的护理方法，循证组应用循证护理模式制定干预措施，比较2组患者尿潴留发生率、首次排尿时间、残余尿量以及患者的满意度。结果与常规组比较，循证组患者尿潴留的发生率低、首次排尿时间较短、残余尿量少、满意度高（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论循证护理模式可以有效减少肾穿刺术后患者尿潴留的发生．提高患者住院期间的生活质量。

Effects of Evidence-based Care on Urinary Retention after Renal Biopsy

Objective To observe the efficacy of evidence-based care in the prevention of urinary retention after renal biopsy. Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent renal biopsy were assigned to receive either conventional care （conventional care group, n=55 ）or evidence-based care int- erventions （evidence-based care group, n=55）.The incidence of urinary retention, time to first urination, residual urine volume and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with conventional care group, evidence-based care interventions decreased the incidence of urinary retention, time to first urination and residual urine volume and increased patient satisfaction（P〈 0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Evidence-based care can effectively reduce the incidence of postop- erative urinary retention and improve the quality of life in patients undergoing renal biopsy.
