| Abstract: | During the late Ming Dynasty, there appeared in Wujiang district a literary association with Ye Shaoyuan, Shen Yixiu and their family as its core and it made great achievements ever since. Female literature, in particular, was an eye-opener, which was closely related to Ye Shaoyuans progressive view about female literature and the extraordinary literary gift his wife and children enjoy; equally related was the high literary standards in Wujiang district. |
