多发伤救治策略探讨

目的通过对我院近4年救治的85例严重多发伤患者进行分析，探讨完善多发伤的救治对策。方法通过查阅现场记录和病历资料的方法收集研究资料。结果抢救成功组受伤至呼救时间、急诊处置时间明显短于死亡组。结论院前、院内急救一体化在多发伤救治中有重要作用，提高院前急救能力，尽量缩短伤后呼救时间和急诊处置时间，可明显提高多发伤患者抢救成功率。

Treatment Strategy of Multiple Injuries

Objective To explore how to improve the treatment of multiple injuries by analyzing 85 cases of severe multiple injuries in our hospital in recent 4 years. Methods The data were collected by consulting relevant on-the-spot and case records. Results The time interval between injury and call for help and the emergency handling time in rescue success group were shorter than those in death group. Con- clusion The integration of both pre-hospital rescue and hospital emergency has an important role in the treatment of multiple injuries. In- creasing pre-hospital emergency capacity and shortening the time for help after injury and emergency handling time can significantly improve the success rate of rescue in patients with multiple injuries.
