仰卧位和坐位动态成角牵引治疗各型颈椎病的疗效观察

目的：比较仰卧位牵引和坐位动态成角牵引对不同类型颈椎病的疗效。方法：将216例颈椎病患者随机分为仰卧位牵引组和坐位动态成角牵引组，连续治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果：坐位动态成角牵引的总疗效优于仰卧位牵引，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4．273，P=0．039）。其中，坐位动态成角牵引对神经根型颈椎病的疗效优于仰卧位牵引（P=0．027），而对其他类型颈椎病而言，坐位动态成角牵引和仰卧位牵引的疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：与仰卧位牵引比较，坐位动态成角牵引更适用于神经根型颈椎病的治疗，

Clinical observation on the curative effects of traction at supine position or at sitting-dynamic-angle position on different kinds of cervical spondylosis

Objective ： To study the curative effects of traction at different position in the treatment of different kinds of cervical spondylosis. Methods ：216 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into the supine position traction group and the sitting-dynamic -angle position traction group. The curative effects were observed after 3 courses of treatment. Results：The total clinical curative effect of sitting- dynamic-angle position traction was better than that of supine position traction（ χ^2= 4. 273,P = 0. 039）. Clinical curative effect of sitting-dynamic-angle position traction was better than that of supine position traction in the treatment of Cervical Radiculomyelopathy（P = 0. 027 ） ,while there were no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of other kinds of cervical spondylosis （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Compared with the supine position traction, the sitting-dynamic-angle position traction is more suitable for the treatment of Cervical Radiculomyelopathy.
