| 摘 要： | 扁平苔藓是口腔粘膜常见病之一，多年来临床证实该病具有癌变的危险。本文即对扁平苔藓的相关促癌变因素以及癌变过程作一综述，为临床的预防及治疗提供一定的理论依据及指导。

| Abstract: | Oral lichen planus is one of the most common oral mucous membrane disease. It has been confirmed that the OLP has remarkable potentiality of canceration. This article analyses and investigates the correlated agent and potential carcinomatous change process in order to offer OLP＇s prophylaxis or clinical therapy some guidance and evidence. |
