| 摘 要： | 目的：评价国产香菇多糖在增强免疫及肿瘤治疗方面的作用。方法：采用随机双盲法，将４２例恶性肿瘤病人（男性３４例，女性８例，平均年龄５６±ｓ１３ａ）分为２组：Ａ组２０例，用化学治疗加香菇多糖１ｍｇ，２次／ｗｋ，６￣８ｗｋ为一个疗程；Ｂ组２２例仅用化学治疗，对２组治疗效果及免疫功能进行比较。结果：治疗后Ａ组天然杀伤细胞（ＮＫ细胞）活性、Ｔ细胞亚群中Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值明显高于Ｂ组，Ａ组有效率６０％，明显高于Ｂ组的有效率３２％，Ｐ＜０．０５。２组毒副作用相似。结论：应用香菇多糖可提高恶性肿瘤病人细胞免疫功能及化学治疗效果。 |

| Abstract: | AIM:To assess the effect of lentinan on immunoenhancement and malignant tumors. METHODS: Forty- two patients(M 34,F8, age 56 ± s 13 a) with malignant tumors were randomly divided into 2 groups in double-blind trial. Group A of 20 patients received chemotherapy plus lentinan 1 mg iv twice a week,for 6-8 wk. Group B of 22 patients received chemotherapy only. The therapeutic effects and the immune functions were observed. RESULTS: The effective rate(60%)of group A was superior to that of group B(32%), P<0. 05. The activity of natural killer cells and the ratio of T4/T8 in T-lymphocyte subpopulation in group A were higher than those in group B. CONCLUSION: Lentinan can raise the immune function and the chemotheraputic effect on the patients with malignant tumors. |
