中医治疗高血压50例临床疗效分析

目的分析并探讨应用中医治疗原发性高血压的临床治疗效果。方法随机将我院2011年1月至2012年7月门诊收治的原发性高血压患者共100例,分为西药治疗组(对照组)和中医治疗组(观察组)各50例,对两组患者的治疗效果及药物副作用进行观察分析。结果观察组显效31例,有效11例,总有效率84%明显优于对照组的显效24例,有效13例,总有效率为74%(P<0.05),有统计学意义。同时观察组较对照组药物不良反应发生率低(P<0.05)。结论中治疗原发性高血压临床应用的治疗效果显著且药物副作用低,值的推广。

Clinical Analysis of 50 Cases of TCM Treatment of Hypertension

Objective Analysis and discussion the clinical therapeutic effect on the application of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） treatment of primary hypertension. Methods During 2011 January and 2012 July, primary hypertension patients which treated in our hospital with a total of 100 cases, divided into western medicine treatment group （control group） and TCM treatment group （observation group） by Randomly, each of 50 cases. Observation and analysis the therapeutic effect and side effects of drugs on two groups. Results Observation group were 31 cases in markedly effective, 11 eases in effective, the total efficiency of 24 cases 84% which were superior to the control group （P〈0.05）, has statistical significance. At the same time, the incidence of adverse reaction in observation group was low than in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM treatment of primary clinical application of hypertension treatment has superior effect and low side effects of drugs, value promotion.
