3M透明敷料应用于老年下肢骨折压疮的预防

目的探讨3M透明敷料在老年下肢骨折患者压疮预防的应用及效果。方法将我科2011年6月至2012年10月收治的120例老年下肢骨折的患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组按常规方法护理,每2h翻身一次,观察组除按常规方法护理外,再在压疮易患处粘贴3M透明敷料保护皮肤,每4~6h翻身一次。比较两组压疮发生的情况。结果观察组总有效率为100%,对照组为78.3%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3M透明敷料应用于老年下肢骨折患者预防压疮有显著效果。

Prevention of Pressure Sores Through the Application of 3M Transparent Dressings in the Aged with Lower Limb Fractures

Objective To investigate the prevention of pressure sores through the application of 3M transparent dressings in the aged with lower limb fractures.Methods 120 elderly patients with lower fractures were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 patients respectively. The patients in the control group were given conventional nursing methods, turned over every 2 hours. The patients in the observation group were offered the 3M transparent dressings which were pressed on the skin that would suffer the pressure sores easily, rolling once every 4-6 hours. The situation of pressure sores occurrence was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 100% in the observation group while 78.3% in the control group. The difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） was greatly significant in statistics. Conclusions It has remarkable effeets that 3M transparent dressings were applied to the prevention of pressure sores in the elderly patients with lower limb fracture.
