工娱护理对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复疗效影响对照研究

目的探讨工娱护理对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复疗效。方法将100例住院康复精神分裂症患者随机分成研究组和对照组各50例,两组均接受常规药物治疗,在此基础上研究组联合工娱护理。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、Morning-side康复状态量表(MRSS)、一般健康问卷(GHQ-28)在研究前后进行全面对照。结果治疗12个月末时,研究组患者的PANSS总分、MRSS总分及GHQ总分均下降;研究组减分值优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论工娱护理有助于改善慢性康复精神分裂症住院患者的精神症状。

Rehabilitative Effects of Recreational Nursing on Hospitalized Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

Objective To understand rehabilitative effects of the Recreational nursing on hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods 100 hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group （n=50） and control group （n=50）. Control group only received conventional rehabilitation and study group received eonventional rehabilitation combined with Recreational nursing. Patients were assessed using positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS）, Morningside rehabilitation status scale （MRSS） and general health questionnaire （GHQ） at baseline and at the end of 12 months. Results In study group, scores of PANS, MRSS and GHQ at the end of 12 months were lower than baseline. At the end of 12 months, there was statistically significant difference in reduction rate of PANSS total score between study group and control group. GHQ total score in study group were significantly lower than in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Recreational nursing may improve psychiatric symptoms and general symptoms in hospitalized inpatients with chronic schizophrenia and may improve rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenia.
