| 摘 要： | 原发性肝内胆管结石是我国的常见病和难治病,目前外科治疗是肝内胆管结石的主要治疗手段。对于早期病变,行规则性肝切除术,可达到治愈目的;中晚期结石患者,行以规则性肝切除术为主的联合手术方式,以阻止、延缓病情进一步发展;对终末期胆病患者可实行肝移植治疗,疗效良好。

| Abstract: | Primary calculus of intrahepatic duct is the common and refractoriness diseases in our country,of which the main therapeutic methods are surgical operation.In the initial stage,regular hepatectomy can cure it.And in the intermedia stage,combined operations based on regular hepatectomy can be used to stop or postpone the development of the intrahepatic lithiasis.Liver transplantation can achieve good prognosis in the end-stage patients with this diseases,and the result is good. |
