摘    要:《酶工程》是高校生物技术、食品、生物工程等专业的主干课,是一门技术应用性很强的学科,而实验课作为联系理论与实践的桥梁,尤为重要。文章分析了传统酶工程实验教学中存在的问题,提出了革新思路。
