| 摘 要： | 2008年5月12日的汶川大地震是巨大的自然灾害,造成了巨大的人员伤亡和财产损失。在地震后挤压综合征和急性肾损伤患者的救治工作中,四川省医学会肾脏病专业委员会做了大量的工作,包括维持性血液透析患者的分流安置,各地灾情信息的收集,组织和分发抗震救灾物质和治疗指南,组织全国各地同行医护人员支援,总结本次救灾过程中的经验和教训并进行宣传,以及争取资源促进各灾区肾脏专科的重建工作等。为更好地完成救治工作提供了重要的保障。

| Abstract: | The Wenchuan earthquake on May 12,2008 was a catastrophic natural disaster and resulted in a massive number of deaths and casualties.After the earthquake,the Sichuan Medical Association Society of Nephrology played critical role not only in the restoration of dialysis facilities for regular renal replacement therapy but also in the prevention and treatment of crush syndrome and crush-related acute kidney injury.It contributed much efforts for the success rescue action. |
