肥胖儿童食欲与瘦素胰岛素水平的关系

目的了解肥胖儿童食欲与瘦素、胰岛素水平以及其他生化指标的关系,为开展儿童肥胖防治工作提供参考。方法用配对研究方法,对肥胖儿童及对照组儿童进行食欲状况和瘦素、胰岛素水平测定。结果肥胖组和对照组男孩的瘦素水平与年龄和胰岛素作用指数均呈显著负相关(P值均<0.05),与胰岛素水平均呈显著正相关(P值均<0.05);肥胖儿童瘦素、胰岛素水平随食欲和进食速度的上升而上升;瘦素、胰岛素与儿童每日饭量之间的相关无统计学意义;儿童食欲好、进食速度快和进食量大可以不同时具备。结论肥胖儿童瘦素、胰岛素水平上升,不抑制儿童的食欲。

Associations Between Appetite and Leptin, Insulin Among Obese Children

Objective To evaluate the associations between appetite and serum leptin level,fasting insulin level in obese children,and to provide evidence for the intervention against children' s obesity.Methods A paired study was carried out on obese children to study their leptin level and insulin level.Appetite and meal size were obtained by a questionnaire.Results In boys,leptin showed a positive correlation with insulin and correlated negatively with age and insulin action index(IAI)(P value were all smaller than 0.05)in both of obese and normal children.Serum leptin and fasting insulin values were up with the increase of appetite in obese children.No significant correlation existed between the meal size and serum leptin,and fasting insulin.It showed that big meal size,good appetite and fast eating style might not appear at same time.Conclusion The levels of leptin and fasting insulin are higher but don' t depress the appetite in obese children.
