增殖细胞核抗原和P糖蛋白在胃癌中的表达和意义

目的 :探讨增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)和P糖蛋白在判断胃癌预后、指导化疗中的意义。方法 :采用S -P免疫组化染色法。结果 :低分化腺癌PCNA阳性率 (97 4% )明显高于高分化腺癌PCNA阳性率 (75 0 % ) ,两者具有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 ) ;低分化腺癌的PCNA表达强度高于高分化腺癌 ,且差异具有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。P糖蛋白表达与淋巴结转移及肿瘤细胞的恶性程度无关 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :对胃癌病人进行PCNA、P糖蛋白检测 ,在判断预后、指导化疗中起重要作用

Expression and Significance of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen and P-glucoprotein in Gastric Carcinoma

Objective:To study the role of PCNA and P-glucoprotein in distinguishing prognosis and detecting chemotherapy of gastric carcinoma.Methods;S-P immunohistochemical staining method was used.Results:PCNA positive rate of poor-differentiated adenocarcinoma(97.4%) was higher than that of well-differentiated adenocarcinoma (75.0%) with noticeable difference (p<0 01).The expression intensity of PCNA in poor-differentiated adenocarcinoma was higher than that in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma with noticeable difference (p<0 05).The expression of P-glucoprotein was unrelated with lymphatic metastasis and malignant degree of tumor cells.Conclusion:Detecting PCNA and P-glucoprotein of gastric carcinoma could play an important role in distinguishing prognosis and directing chemotherapy.
