| Abstract: | The experiences of applying 2 phase performance management in Nanpi County People＇s Hospital were introduced. The contents included hospital culture construction and performance management. Vertical comparison before and after 5 years applying performance management and horizontal comparison with same level hospital in Nanpi county were developed. The impact of performance management was significant. |
