豫西地区348例β-内酰胺类抗菌药物相关不良反应报告分析

目的：分析豫西地区与β-内酰胺类抗菌药致不良反应发生的因素，以供，临床用药参考。方法：利用药品不良反应监测网络，对2004年1月～2008年3月三门峡地区上报的与β-内酰胺类抗茵药物不良反应报告348例，按性别、年龄、药物类别、给药途径、不良反应的临床表现等进行统计分析。结果：涉及的β-内酰胺类抗菌药物共26种，以头孢曲松居首位，其次为头孢唑啉；用药途径以静脉滴注给药为主；主要的不良反应类型为皮肤及其附件损害；严重不良反应4例，结论：规范β-内酰胺类抗茵药物的临床应用，减少不良反应发生率。

Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Beta-lactam Antibiotics in West Henan:Analysis of 383 Cases

OBJECTIVE ： To analyze the factors of the adverse drug reactions induced by beta - lactam antibiotics and to promote rational use of this kind of drugs in clinics. METHODS： Using ADR monitoring network, 348 ADR cases in Sanmenxia area reported from Jan. 2004 to Mar. 2008 were collected for a statistical analysis in respect of patients＇ gender and age, drug kinds, route of administration and clinical manifestations etc. RESULTS ： 26 kinds of beta - lactam antibiotics drugs were involved in the 348 ADR cases, leading the first was ceftriaxone, followed by cefazolin. Among the drugs used in combination, Chinese materia medica preparation showed the highest proportion. Intravenous infusion was the main route of administration. Lesions of skin and the appendages were the chief manifestations of ADRs. There were 3 severe ADR cases. CONCLUSION： The use of Beta - lactam antibiotics drugs should be standardized so as to decrease ADR incidence.
