射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

目的 探讨经皮等离子消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术适应证、方法和疗效分析。方法 对60例腰椎间盘突出症患者采用经皮穿刺等离子消融髓核成形术治疗，并对其疗效进行观察分析。结果 60例患者均获得随访，时间4～20个月。按Macnab评定标准^[1]，术后疗效评定：优14例，良32例，可9例，差5例，优良率76．7％，有效率为91．7％，无相关并发症发生。结论 等离子消融髓核成形术操作简单、安全，痛苦少，创伤轻微，是治疗早中期腰椎间盘突出症的安全有效的微创手术，但需要严格掌握适应证。

Coblation nucleoplasty for lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse

Objective To explore the indication ,methodology and effectiveness of coblation nucleoplasty in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse. Methods Sixty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse underwent coblation nucleopiasty and their clinical outcome was evaluated infollow-up according to Macnab's scoring. Results The follow-up time ranged from 4 to 20 months. The resultwas excellent in 12 patients, good in 29, fair in 6 and poor in 3. The cure rate was 82%. The total effectiveness rate was 94%. No complications occurred. Conclusion The coblation necleoplasty may be a safe andeffective minimally invasive procedure for lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse.
