| 摘 要： | 目的：根据地方性氟中毒防治及病情实际研究芬必得治疗氟骨症的可能性。方法：在改水氟病区选择有较多临床表现的患30例。芬必得300mg,po,bid,疗程4W。采用“新药（西药”临床研究指导原则”中这方法,结合氟骨症具有临床表现进行观察和效果评价。结果：有效率100％,其中临床缓解26．7％,明显进行50．0％,进步23．3％。患对药物的耐受性较好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective The possibillity of treatment endemic skeletal fluorosis by using Fenbid was studied according to state of prevention,treatment and the illness of fluorosis. Methods We selected 30 patients for a lot of clinical manifestation in altered water fluorosis area,using Fenbid 300mg,po,bid,peried of treatment 4W. We employed" guide principle of the clinical study of new drug(westen medicine)"and combined clinical manifestation of endemic skeletal fluorosis evaluate its effect. Result The effective rate was 1OO%,clinical lysis was 26.7%, marked progress was 50.0% and progress was 23.3% among them.The patients reaction of adaplability on medicines was fine. |
