开展医学本科生课外科研训练的探索和实践

加强医学本科生的科研训练，是培养医学生创新意识和创新能力的最佳途径。我们通过建立医学生病理学科技创新小组，探索普通医学院校对本科生进行科研训练的途径、方法和内容。经过师生一年多的共同努力，取得了较好效果，为今后从事这项工作积累了一定的经验。

The Search and Practice of Developing Extracurricular Scientific Research Education on Medical Undergraduate

Strengthening the scientific research education on medical undergraduate is the best way to cultivate the creative consciousness and creative ability of medical students, it has very important meaning. We searched for the methods, contents and ways of scientific research education on undergraduates in common medical college by establishing technological creative groups. With the great effort of both teachers and students for more than one year, we got good effect and accumulated some experience for this work in the future.
