深圳市流动人口性病患者行为调查

目的了解深圳市流动人口性病患者的求医行为、性行为及性病相关知识水平.方法2005年5～6月对深圳市10家医疗机构门诊200例性病患者进行问卷调查.结果流动人口性病患者中年龄21～30岁占64%,非婚同居占73%,初中文化以下占71%,月收入1500元以下占53%;有症状就诊率占26%,首诊选正规医院占41%,非婚性接触传染占85%,多性伴数占62%,近3个月每次用安全套占26%;性伴不知情占43%,性伴接受检测占46%,接受治疗占21%;性病相关知识知晓率占12%.与常住人口性病患者比较,差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论流动人口性病患者的求医行为需要引导和促进,提倡安全的性行为,加强性病门诊的外展服务.

Survey on behaviors of STD patients among floating population in Shenzhen city

Objective To understand health care-seeking behaviors,sexual behaviors and sexually transmitted disease(STD) related knowledge level among STD patients of floating population in Shenzhen.Methods A total of 200 patients from an STD clinic of 10 medical institutions were investigated with questionnaires from May to June 2005.Results Among those surveyed STD patients of floating population,64% were between 21 and 30 years old,73% were cohabit without married,71% were under junior middle school,53% were incomes monthly under 1500 yuans,26% sought for health cares after STD symptoms appeared,41% select first the regular hospital,85% had sexual contagion without married,62% had multiple sexual partners,condoms were used in 26% within 3 months;43% of their sexual partners were not inform of possible infection,only 46% accepted to test and 21% to treat;12% of the study significant difference in local population.Conclusion STD patients of floating population should be counseled and encouraged for timely health care-seeking.Safety sexual behaviors and extending service of STD clinic should be strongthened.
