伯克纳治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

目的观察伯克纳（丙酸倍氯米松）鼻喷剂对比内舒拿（糠酸莫米松）鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将门诊变应性鼻炎的患者98例,用随机对照分组试验,其中治疗组50例,对照组48例,治疗组用伯克纳鼻喷剂,总量400μg/d,对照组用内舒拿鼻喷剂,总量200μg/d,2组疗程均为4周。结果伯克纳组总有效率为92%,内舒拿组总有效率为95.8%,2组比较差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.024,P〉0.05）,2组均未见严重的不良反应。结论伯克纳治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著。

Clinical Efficacy of Beconasel Nasal Spray in Patients With Allergic Rhinitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Beconasel（Beclomethasone）nasal spray in patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods Ninty eight patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group with fifty patients and control group with forty eight patients.The patients in treatment group received Beconasel nasal spray 400 μ g/d,and the patients in control group received Nasonex（Mometasone furoate）nasal spray 200 μ g/d.The efficacy was compared after the treatment of four weeks. Results After four weeks, the total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 92%（46/50）and 95.8%（46/48） respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups（x2= 0.024,P〉0.05）.Both groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Beconasel nasal spray in patients with allergic rhinitis was efficacious.
