| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨关节镜下采用微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤的手术方法和疗效.方法 对28例(31膝)膝关节软骨损伤患者,采取关节镜下微骨折术治疗.结果 所有病例均获随访,随访时间12～18个月,平均随访14.4个月.VAS评分从术前平均7.2分下降到术后3个月3.0分,术后6个月2.6分,术后12个月2.4分.Lysholm膝关节评分由术前平均42分提高到术后3个月67分,术后6个月83分,术后12个月87分.结论 关节镜下微骨折术治疗膝关节软骨损伤操作简单,安全有效,可明显改善关节功能和减轻疼痛症状,提高生活质量. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect and method of microfracture technique under arthroscope for the treatment of cartilage injury of knee osteoarthritis.Methods Twenty-eight patients(31 knees) with osteoarthritis of the knee joint cartilage injury were performed microfracture technique under arthroscope surgery treatment.Results All patients were followed up for 12-18 months,with an average follow-up of 14.4 months.The VAS score decreased from average 7.2 before surgery to 3.0 in 3 months after operation,2.... |
