| 摘 要： | 目的探讨乳腺癌手术并发症的发生原因,预防及治疗措施。方法回顾分析了汤阴县人民医院乳腺癌手术患者70例,发生并发症27例。结果发生术后并发症27例。其中皮下积液13例,皮瓣坏死11例,患侧上肢水肿3例。结论乳腺癌手术并发症的发生与手术操作、术后腋窝的加压包扎及引流有关。术中仔细操作、术后精心护理、完善每一个细节,才能使术后并发症的发生率降低。 |
