| 摘 要： | 目的观察推拿结合针灸等综合治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法对60例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分成综合疗法组和对照组,综合治疗组采用推拿结合针灸疗法,对照组采用输液结合理疗治疗。共治疗28d。结果综合治疗组痊愈25例,显效3例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率100%;对照组痊愈7例,显效9例,有效8例,无效6例,总有效率80%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论推拿结合针灸疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病具有良好疗效。
