| 摘 要： | 目的探讨吡拉西坦氯化钠注射液对大鼠实验性脊髓损伤后水通道蛋白4（Aquaporin 4,AQP4）表达的影响。方法将120只健康SD大鼠随机分为对照组（A组）、手术组（B组）、吡拉西坦组（C组）,采用改良Allen法制备脊髓损伤模型,分别在6 h、24 h、72 h和5 d时取大鼠脊髓组织,用免疫组织化学染色法和Western-blot法观察各组AQP4蛋白表达情况。结果与A组相比,B组、C组均从6 h开始出现脊髓水肿,72 h达到高峰,且C组脊髓水肿低于B组。同样AQP4表达在手术后开始升高,72 h后达到高峰,且B组较A组和C组明显增高（P〈0.05）。结论 AQP4与脊髓水肿形成有关,吡拉西坦可以抑制脊髓组织内AQP4的基因表达。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of piracetam on the expression of AQP4 in rats with experimental spinal cord injury.
