| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of rapid decompression on vision,corneas and the soft contact lenses of wearers.Methods Eight male myoplia subjects,aged from 28 to 46 years,with refraction from-0.5 to-4.25D,took part in the experiment.Before test,they had worn the contact lens for 1 week.Two types' soft lenses,with water content of 55%(ocufilcon) and 38%(polymacon),were worn by each subject.The subjects were in hypobaric chamber which was decompressed to 2500 m with climbing rate of 25 m/s.After 5 min at 250... |
