健康体检人群服务需求的调查分析

目的了解体检人群的服务需求,为体检者提供满意的服务。方法通过问卷调查的方式对358名正常体检者的护理需求状况进行调查。结果在体检流程中的体检者认为等候时间短(41.1%)和体检前领取体检注意事项(28.5%)是重要的需求;体检过程中的护理需求为服务态度好(51.1%)和注重个人隐私(27.1%);知名度高(34.4%)和技术过硬(29.1%)为体检者选择体检医院的原因;健康指导需求为多发病、常见病的防治(32.2%)和常见检查手段的知识(26.8%);而健康宣教方式方面口头讲解(47.2%)和电话咨询(29.6%)为体检者最需求的两种方式。结论体检的关键因素是合理安排做好体检流程,提高护理人员素质和技术水平,改善服务质量,注重体检者的隐私,积极开展健康指导和教育,从而做到早预防、早发现和早治疗的体检目的 。
