| 摘 要： | 目的研究高同型半胱氨酸血症与低龄脑梗死的关系,进而评价同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)作为脑梗死的一种独立危险因素,其血浆含量对脑梗死的预测价值。方法使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定45例低龄(50岁以下)脑梗死患者和30例健康体检者血浆Hcy值。并分析性别、年龄、体重指数(BMI)、吸烟、饮酒对Hcy水平的影响。结果 45例低龄脑梗死患者平均血浆Hcy水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Hey水平与性别、年龄、体重、血压及血脂各指标间无明显相关。结论血Hcy升高是低龄脑梗死的独立危险因素,血浆Hcy水平可作为心脑血管病高危人群常规检查或病情监测的评价指标之一,对预防和改善脑梗死预后意义重大。
