西药联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效及安全性评价

目的：探讨西药联合腹腔镜手术对子宫内膜异位症治疗的疗效和安全性评价。方法：选取2012年7月～2014年7月在我院治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者共120例，随机分成两组，每组各60例，对照组：采用腹腔镜技术治疗；实验组：在对照组治疗的基础上联合西药米非司酮进行治疗，对比观察两组患者的临床疗效和手术之后妊娠的情况。结果：经过一段时间的治疗，实验组患者的临床疗效明显比对照组好，实验组手术后妊娠情况明显比对照组好。结论：西药联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症，具有更好的疗效，可以提高患者手术之后的受孕率，具有比较高的安全性，因此具有比较高的应用价值，值得推广。

The Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Western laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis

Objective:To investigate the western laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis treatment efficacy and safety evaluation. Methods:July 2012~2014 in July in our hospital patients with endometriosis total of 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in the control group: Laparoscopic; experimental group : mifepristone combined with western treatment on the basis of the control group were treated on the situation after the comparison of clinical efficacy were observed and surgical pregnancy. Results:After a period of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, the experimental group was significantly better pregnancy surgery than the control group. Conclusion: Western laparoscopic surgery endometriosis, have better efficacy, can improve the pregnancy rate of patients after surgery, have a relatively high security, it has a relatively high value, worthy of promotion.
