2型糖尿病患者血糖控制对血脂的影响

目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者血糖控制对脂代谢的影响。方法 比较2型糖尿病患者与健康对照者的血脂差异,同时随访观察患者的血糖控制与血脂变化的关系。结果 与对照组相比,糖尿病组患者的TG、TC、LDL显著增高,随着糖尿病的控制,HbA1C的降低,TG、TC、LDL明显降低,LDL明显升高。结论 2型糖尿病患者血糖控制对脂代谢异常有明显的改善。

Effect of blood glucose control on blood lipid levels in type-2 diabetic patients

Objective To investigate the effect of blood glucose control on lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients. MethodsDifference of blood lipid levels in type 2 diabetic cases and normal subjects were compared.Then followed-up observation of blood glucose control in the former and its effect on blood lipid level changes were made.Results In comparison with the control group diabetic patients had markedly higher TG,TC and LDL-C levels.With the control of the disease,there were lowering of HbA 1C and significantly lowering of TG,TC and LDL-C levels,but with marded elevation of HDL-C.Conclusion In type 2 diabetic patients effective controlling of blood glucose could significantly improve abnormal lipid metabolism.
