| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿外科日间手术的围术期护理方法.方法:对2 762例小儿外科患儿行日间手术,并给予精心围术期护理.结果:本组患儿均顺利出院,术后随访1周～6个月,复发1例,麻醉穿刺部位感染并脓肿形成1例,经再次手术及切开引流后2例患儿均恢复良好.结论:良好的围术期护理可提高小儿外科患儿日间手术成功率,减少术后并发生发生.
