总结了经尿道前列腺气化电切除术(TUVP)的并发症及其护理方法,包括:电切综合征、出血、膀胱痉挛、暂时性尿失禁、尿道狭窄、泌尿道感染等.认为加强TUVP术后并发症的预防及护理对促进前列腺增生症(BPH)患者早日康复有重要意义.
