| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨实施产科护理新模式对产妇焦虑和分娩质量的影响。方法:采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS),选择在我院住院分娩初产孕妇240例,随机分为研究组与对照组各120例,对照组实施传统护理模式即分段管理,研究组实施产科护理新模式包括产前健康教育、拉梅兹呼吸训练法、产时激励、音乐疗法及家庭化分娩等综合护理干预。比较两组产妇焦虑程度、分娩方式、产程时间、产后出血量及Apgar评分等情况。结果:两组产妇焦虑程度、分娩方式、产程时间、产后出血量及Apgar评分等情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:实施产科护理新模式,能够有效地缩短产程,减少产后出血,真正体现了"以人为本"的护理宗旨,提高了产科分娩质量,降低了剖宫产率。
