| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小细胞肺癌合并低钠血症的临床特点。方法：对62例小细胞肺癌患者根据是否合并低钠血症分为低钠组和对照组,进行回顾性对照分析。结果：两组患者在肿瘤骨转移发生率和化疗后不良反应方面存在统计学差异;在性别、分期、ECOG评分、减重和治疗有效率上无统计学差异。结论：低钠血症是小细胞肺癌不良的预后因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate clinical characteristics of small cell lung cancer(SCLC) with hyponatremia.Methods: 62 SCLC patients was divided into hyponatremia group and control group according to sodium in blood with a retrospective study.Results:Patients of two groups had statistical significance in incidence rate of osseous metastasis from SCLC and adverse reaction to chemotherapy;no statistical significance in sex,stage,ECOG score,weight loss or efftive power.Conclusion: Hyponatremia may be one of the poor... |
