正交试验法优选石菖蒲挥发油的提取工艺

摘    要:[目的]确定石菖蒲挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件。[方法]采用正交试验法,以挥发油得率为考察指标,对提取过程中的加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间进行比较研究。[结果]影响石菖蒲挥发油得率的最主要因素是浸泡时间,其次为提取时间,再者为加水量。[结论]正交试验法优选得石菖蒲挥发油的最佳提取工艺为A3B2C3。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the extraction technology of volatile oil from Acorus gramineus Soland.MethodsThe orthogonal test was employed to test the effects among volume of water,time of immersion and time of extraction on the contents of volatile oil and optimize the extraction technology by orthogonal test.ResultsTime of immersion was the most important factor which affected the yield of volatile oil,next was the time of extraction and the last factor was volume of water.ConclusionThe optimum extraction technology was A_3B_2C_3 when the content was considered as preferential parameter.
