女性压力性尿失禁的治疗进展

压力性尿失禁（ SUI）是中老年妇女的常见病，且随着个体年龄增加而增加，全球妇女该病患病率为10％～23％，中国成年女性患病率为18．9％。严重影响女性身心健康和生活质量，已成为社会公共卫生问题。随着我国人口老龄化，SUI发病率逐步增高，人们对生活质量的要求逐渐提高，SUI的诊治正日益受到重视。目前治疗SUI的方法分为保守治疗和手术治疗，本文就女性压力性尿失禁的治疗进展进行综述。

Progress in treatment of female stress urinary incontinence

Stress urinary incontinence ( SUI) is common in middle-aged and elder females , and its incidence increases with increasing of age.The prevalence of SUI in global female population is 10%-23% and in Chinese adult women it is 18.9%.It severely impacts the health care and quality of life of female patients .It has become one public problem of the whole society .With the aging of population in our country, the incidence of SUI gradually increases .The requirements on people ’ s quality of life rises gradually , and the diagnosis and treatment of SUI is increasingly valued .The current methods of treatment of SUI is divided into conservative treatment and surgical treatment.This article aimed to review the progress on the treatment of female SUI .
